Working At

Join us as a lawyer/trainee lawyer

Are you specialised in one or more areas of law within our niche? Join us and develop your career further by undertaking high-level work for prominent clients with interesting matters requiring our expertise. You operate independently and feel closely involved with your clients, with whom you have direct contact, on projects varying in size from the small to the very large.

You will have plenty of opportunities, not just to work for interesting clients and on exciting projects, but also to learn. We are keen to invest in our people: they are our future. You will also have the opportunity to undertake in-depth further training, including specialised programmes at the Grotius Academy.

Join us as a student trainee

Are you curious about the practice of law in a niche firm? Do you have a strong affinity with environmental and planning law, procurement law, tenancy law or another area of law within the field of real estate law? Are you enthusiastic and proactive and do you have excellent study results? Then we would like to talk to you.

The duration of a student traineeship is two months, in principle. During this period you get first-hand experience of our firm and you support our lawyers in their work.

Getting started as a legal assistant

You know exactly how to work in a team and how to add value to an organisation. You are used to working independently and you enjoy taking the initiative to provide maximum support. You can be relied upon by the lawyers for whom you work, as well as your work colleagues. You can open doors thanks to a healthy dose of humour and tact.

Education level

We expect you to have at least senior general secondary education (HAVO) or higher vocational education+ (MBO+), preferably with relevant experience working as a legal assistant at a law firm. You have excellent communication skills and a good command of spoken and written Dutch and English.
